Ain't nothing gonna happen for until the House returns to DC at the end of the month, and even then, item 1 on the agenda will be yet another CR to avoid a shutdown. So Ukraine isn't getting any money until the week of March 5 at the very earliest. And I understand those who think that a discharge petition is needed, but IMHO, the House leadership and Senate leadership need to find a mutually acceptable way forward. Ukraine doesn't seem to have the luxury to wait around for this aid. At this point, if the pro-Ukraine faction in the House had to wait for a discharge petition, Ukraine would be lucky to see that aid pass before Congress goes into hiatus in August.
