Obviously Russia could obliterate Ukraine into a radioactive slag, but they don't (thankfully).  Russia presumably has other weapons of mass destruction that they aren't using.   So, there are capabilities Russia has that they aren't using, and for good reason.

What about cyber?  There were early discussions of cyber attacks, but I haven't heard any lately.  It does seem that cyber could be used in asymmetric warfare, allowing the smaller side to have significant effects on the populace of the larger side.   But I'd think Ukraine doesn't want to poke that bear.  

We hear about Russia's misinformation campaigns in the US.  Are both Russia and Ukraine putting out misinformation in the other's domain?

Perhaps there's a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff impacting the Russian war machine (manufacturing, shipping, etc)  that isn't being made public.  Or is cyber too difficult for each side, or too risky?
