Right now our return OSU match is scheduled for Thursday 2/29 on PAC-12 Oregon only. If I read this correctly, this means it will be available only for live streaming in the Bay Area, not on PAC-12 Net or PAC-12 Bay Area. I wonder if they will change it?

I presume  you are right.  Their schedule shows the P12BAHD channel has the live Cal-Oregon WBB game in a half-hour time slot at 7PM, their usual screw-up.  Live MBB is on PAC12HD.   Blame whomever scheduled the overlapping games.  Blame PAC-12 TV scheduling for the screwed-up live broadcast half-hour slot.
