I’m not a fan of censorship, but it’s now everywhere. My extended family has rules about what can/can’t be discussed. I agree that setting lines is incredibly tricky. In my family, people accidentally bleed over the line and then everyone agrees to go back to their corner. It’s ridiculous. I suppose it’s more defensible in the context of this forum, but it’s still approximately the same thing. It is what it is. I don’t make the rules in my family or here. I just laugh because that’s the only reaction that makes any sense to me.
When I registered here in 2014, TrumpCard seemed like an apolitical user ID...
