As far as Hungary goes, it is unclear what will happen. At one point in the past Orbán stated that Hungary would sign if Erdoğan did. Since that time, lots has happened and the relations between Hungary and essentially everyone have become much worse. I think the previous promise is no longer operative.
Along similar lines, the assurances given by Ursula von der Leyen that the Hungarian veto of Ukraine aid would be resolved very soon almost assures it won't be :-), IMO. https://www.euractiv.com/section/europe-...d-demands/. Slovakia is now a part of the problem. This isn't going in the right direction. This dispute is intertwined with the Hungarian NATO position. I expect you can't get Hungary to separate the two.
