Strange. I wonder what really went down.

From one of the comments on that article:

My son is a cougar and a big fan of yours. He sat in the library and watched your team's humiliation, as you rolled and rolled and rolled in the mud for two hours. He captured one of your teammates vomiting on camera and couldn't believe his eyes. Your decision is completely understandable and we wish you nothing but success in your future.

I have no idea if that is typical of Leach's um... "motivational techniques" and how that compares with what other coaches do.
