It was announced today that Melvin received a three year contract and that Johnson and Zaidi are finalizing an additional two years on his deal. Both will be around through 2026.

Nope. Speaking as a person who is not a big fan of Zaidi, I can only hope that Johnson had a “come to Jesus” meeting with him before offering to extend his contract. We shall see…..
