Jung-Hoo Lee from the KBO is an alternative if the Giants can convince him to sign. Given their recent track record with free agents, I am rather skeptical they will be successful.
Other than that, Belanger is the only proven OF (chance of him signing w/ SF is low) and the Giants need a guy in the outfield who can play regularly and can make a difference both hitting and fielding.

Given his strong connection to Japanese and Korean players, this would help the Giants in their effort to sign Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Lee.
It is still a dream but I think there is a decent possibility he will agree to terms with SF.
