Not surprisingly, the Rivera/Torres lost (21-12, 21-9) to the 9th seed (from China), and to the 16th seed (USA; 21-11, 22-20). At least the last set was close.
They have one more chance; if they can upset the 33rd seed from Spain, they could still make it into the elimination rounds.
