I would not want to be Ukraine, having to rely on the internal politics of a bunch of foreign countries in order to get military aid that it needs for its own survival. That said, it’s easier to be someone without life or limb at stake and predict that the current balance of power in Washington is likely to keep Ukraine aid in the budget. IMHO, the bigger issue is what will happen in 2025 when the balance of power in Washington may be different.
