Settle down O. Weren't you just openly celebrating that the Giants were eliminated from the playoffs? What did you expect? The team was in decent shape a month ago and fell apart. There have been a multitude of stories leaked from the clubhouse that aren't good. Coconuts has lost the team. As Giants pointed out, pinch hitting for Crawford was the last straw. He had to go. Would I have waited three days, probably. But the timing certainly sends a message, doesn't it?

I thought a month ago, you gave up on the season and suggested playing the rookies and youngsters. Who picked those guys up? Who built the farm hands that you thought warranted a shot at the Bigs? Farhan did. The jury is still out on Farhan, but with the stable of young guys you were so enamored with, I think he gets another year. After all, his contract is up the end of next season.
