Your ability to refute assertions that were never made, but are close, is truly remarkable.
I explicitly said I doubt having Matos would have made a difference, just said I didn’t like sending him down when they did. But it’s not fun to point that out because it doesn’t fit the preferred version that allows you to assert I erroneously asserted Matos would have saved them.
It’s interesting, I exactly predicted the Giants August record, but I see no post from you pointing that out.
"Really didn't like sending out Matos for Yaz. The rookie has not been great, but he has held his own for sure, and he seems to have been getting more solid contact. I also felt there was a little spark to his game that was part of the youth exuberance responsible for the 3 game uptick. It's possible sending Matos out so Yaz could come back deflated the team a bit, not because they don't like Yaz, but Matos was one of the youngsters providing the team energy."
Perhaps I inferred incorrectly, but it certainly seemed that you were making a correlation between Matos energy and spark being missing when their win streak ended and they lost a couple in Atlanta. . . ..
Free Phogge!!!! And no, crimson doesn't refer to the Tide.
