Option Zed: Eliminate all varsity sports. Turn all facilities into community use; e.g. housing, classrooms, laboratories, social, retail, parking, services. Double the number of undergraduate and graduate acceptances. Recruit more and double the size of the faculty while holding admin steady. Partner even further with VC/PE community, F1000, global service firms, etc.
