Articles today about deteriorating cooperation among countries in the Artic and countries in the Black Sea, both of course due to Russia’s war in Ukraine. Some deterioration is inevitable, but I hope they keep lines of communication open to deal with crises as they arise (which will happen). The Black Sea grain deal seems like a particularly big loss, and I hope the agreement is salvageable
