Why did the third-base coach look so mad? Did the runner take off late? Or did the coach tell him not to run?

During the game, they showed another camera angle that showed the tag and the catch.  I didn't think he took off late.

I think the 3B coach looked that mad because he couldn’t believe the RF made a perfect throw. I also think that he might’ve actually been safe.
