Adding on to what Goose was saying, it sounds like UK has given the okay for the missiles, but only to attack Russians on Ukrainian sovereign territory, per this article.  So Russian airbases in Russia (and Belarus) would be off limits.  

Technically a decent portion of the Kerch bridge is within the Ukrainian border, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was also off limits, but who knows.
