Logan Webb, ostensibly the staff Ace, is 0-2 with a 6.55 ERA. Does the fact he's struck out 16 and walked 2 suggest he's the victim of bad luck? Or does the fact he's allowed 13 hits in 11 innings suggest he's not getting enough soft contact and that should be reason for concern?
