You can follow the link in the tweet to the source, the "Fighter Bomber" Russian telegram channel which seems to have sources with the RuAF. I think the video you linked is some later edit. In any case, unclear exactly what this video is showing, if a sequence in yesterday's crash, or some prior interception, which presumably has happened many times over the Black Sea between American drones and Russian jets.
