If it takes so little to sabotage that pipeline--not even the backing of a nation state was needed--it raises the question as to how much of the world's infrastructure is so terribly vulnerable to saboteurs.  We did suffer the cyber attack on the Colonial pipeline a few years ago.  So while there was a lot of attention paid to "hardening our infrastructure" after 9/11, our vulnerabilities are in plain view.
