What?  You believe him????  Why, he’d no more stockpile and test nukes than invade a country unless the West started it.

I don't believe anything the guy says. Just because they're saying they'll pull out of a nuke agreement doesn't make me any more concerned. We've pretty much heard it all before, though for some reason, he added a qualifier to the latest threat. Why, who knows.
