I have a little pool with my sons over the eventual outcome. I think Portland will have to return a second rounder to the W's, one of my sons thinks they'll have to give up two or more 2nd round picks, and my other son thinks that Portland will be punished, but no benefit will accrue to the W's (cynical lad).
