Update on Hayley Hodson, former National Freshman of the Year, suing Stanford in Santa Clara Superior Court for concussion damage.  Case was first submitted in March 2018.  Jury trial is currently scheduled for October 2023.  So five and a half years will have gone by.  Legal websites say they see no indication Stanford is going to settle out of court.  I suppose they would have done so by now if that was the plan.

Where can I find legal commentary on the case? It's also possible that Hodson's asking price for a settlement is too high. More billable hours!
