Ukraine’s most recent tally of Russian dead is 129870. As Goose alludes; no way to know the real number. It is worth noting though that leaks of Russian documents for payments owed to the families of dead or missing have been closer to Ukraines numbers then western numbers, and those payments exclude DPR and LLR soldiers. Of course leaks may not be accurate.
In short, who knows? But it is a brobdingnagian number.
