As far as the ratio goes, in this war it is probably harder to know than in other wars. This is because 1) neither side publishes a breakdown of KIA vs WIA that is reliable and 2) the Russian army at least seems to not place a priority on rescuing the wounded. This may lead to more deaths than "normal". I think you might have accounted for that in your estimate, in so far as anyone can. 3:1 WIA vs KIA is a WW2 type number. Russia may actually be worse if they aren't taking care of their wounded very well.
