How can Ukraine address the training and logistics required to deploy F-16s so quickly?  Pilots have to be retrained (no small feat when reflexes have to be rewired), ground crews have to be retrained, fuel/spare parts have to spin up their own supply chains, airbases have to be reworked, etc.  The software might even have to be rewritten for all I know...unit conversions to the metric system, Roman to Cyrillic digital displays, etc.

I agree that Ukraine needs F-16s, but it's not going to happen without a lot of work...and that work has to happen behind the scenes quietly.  I really hope that it's an ongoing process that hasn't been publicized.
