New reports of Ukraine advancing into Kreminna itself, though seems more like gradual advance then a bit breakthrough. 

Not obvious to me why Kreminna should be a major offensive source. It seems advancing from Zaporizhzhia/melitopol axis would be a better use of resources.

I’ve read (here?) that taking Kremmina would split Russia’s army in Luhansk in half, making it more difficult to resupply or to move forces for an offensive or defensive maneuver.
