Sportstalk was guessing that it's back related, as he's had issues in the past and put together quite a regime to keep it functioning the last couple of seasons.
Hoping that it's not incredibly serious and that the Giants and Correa work out an insurance policy of sorts. Apparently the Twins had one in place in case he couldn't play because of his health/back.
