a long time ago we were looking at adding a small 2nd floor addition to our house, the neighbors were very opposed to it. We go to the planning commission for a hearing, the wife says she doesn't want to allow the addition because she likes to skinny dip and doesn't want us watching her (she was ~75 years old at the time). We said no problem, we'll plant two trees big enough to block the view since we really did not want to see that.....the planning commission say OK....
