There’s a big gap between training and supplying Russian troops to giving Russia control of their armed forces. Hopefully internal politics in Belarus will keep that from happening.
If it does happen one has to wonder what NATOs response would be. Up munitions support? Or note the fact that direct attack on Belarus would not nearly be the escalation that an attack on Russian soil would be. If Belarus invades, NATO strikes on Belarusian military bases may quickly dissuade them.
