In this case, Ukraine is claiming they have basically all of Kherson Oblast in HIMARS range. It would be much, much better if the Ukrainians were on the left bank in force, but they are not. Time for Ukraine to demonstrate they can defeat Russian artillery with their HIMARS. If they can't, it is going to be a very long winter.
