In so far as this is true, it is not good news. However, the retreat from outposts of Kherson into Kherson itself is one thing. Actually getting across the river is another. This tweet doesn't spell out what is happening on that score. The important point is that Ukraine needs to get a move on and capture the bridge/surrounding area. All these other advances are great but they don't hit the Russians at their "center of gravity". If you don't do that, you don't win.
