Re: Kherson, I saw a report that said the civilian evacuation means Russians basically forcing civilians to move with the Russian military so Ukraine won't attack them - and make them pay for their mistakes - while retreating.
I don't know how accurate this is, but if true, sounds like another war crime to me.
