Supposedly the drones are really loud.  I wonder could surveillance microphones pick up and triangulate their positions?  You would probably need some sort of signal processing to isolate the drone’s sound signature, but that sort of equipment is cheap.  Blanket some otherwise quiet rural areas near Russian occupied territory with mic-equipped laptops and once the drones are deployed you can probably figure out their position and direction.
