The bad news is that even the crappy Russian anti-radiation missiles like the K-58 are a threat to the Hawk illuminator.

My impression is that Russia has very rarely been running SEAD missions in Ukraine, and their ability to do so has probably been degraded by their ongoing losses whenever they operate close to the front line. This missile outranges the Kh58 as well, so should help to continue to deny Russia airspace or could be use closer to urban centers to try and shoot down drones or take a stab at some cruise missiles. Ukraine has similar systems but may be running low on missile stocks so every bit helps.
