How embarrassing for Putin. Ukraine takes a Russian city literally the day after Russia annexes it (yes, OF, I am being sarcastic here). FwIW I don’t know what media you listen to, but every time I hear the word “referendum” it’s preceded by the word “sham” and every time I’ve heard “annexation” it was just after the word “illegal”.
