LOL. Have you been watching the same war as us? Russian conventional capability can barely turn small Ukrainian towns into rubble and only with months of sustained artillery bombardment. 

Russian military on paper might have some good systems. But they used them up, don't know how to use them, or they're actually garbage.

Based on virtually every report I've read about the lack of quality of Russia's conventional weapons, I wonder how strong the quality of their nuclear weapons are.  I'm not eager to find out, just wondering aloud...
