Sorry, I thought the tweet by Alperovitch was speculative (“if the Russians abandon Kherson”); I didn’t view it as a claim, though reading it a second time, it does seem based on some of the same Ukrainian sources I noted.

Would be a much needed morale boost if the Ukrainians could take back Kherson.
