I wonder at what point Putin will employ a tactical nuke.  And what NATO's response will be. 

Let's assume that this isn't a stalemate where the Russians can walk away with some gains, but (thanks to NATO military supplies), Russia starts to lose, perceptibly.  What are the odds that Putin uses a tactical nuke, do you think?
