Yeah it's been a tough week or so for the Ukrainians. Ever since Popasna fell, Russia has gained a lot of ground. I think the Russians have gotten a bit smarter about their tactics, instead of deciding where to hit a place, and pushing as many troops as possible, they are actually probing for weaknesses and attacking based on that. All that being said, with the attrition they have suffered, and as they take more ground, I think we will once again see their logistical issues pop up again, and soon enough Ukraine will be able to take the initiative. I think a couple weeks back I had said Russia only had about 2 weeks left where they can take land, but they were pretty conservative for the next week, and ended up losing lots of ground near Kharkiv, so I think that timeline got pushed back a bit. Only time will tell though, and Ukraine needs to avoid losing large groups to encirclement.
