Organizations win championships. All we ever hear about is the Miami Heat "culture." Well there is another NBA outfit that also has an amazing culture and that team will be playing in its 6th WCF in 8 seasons.

I may be mistaken, but I thought you picked the Grizzlies to win the series. . . .

I did. What's your point?  Because my pick was wrong, I can't point out the accomplishments of that team I didn't pick to win and point out an under the radar reason they in fact won?
