No Russian IL-76’s among the list of verified down planes my Oryx. That doesn’t mean it didn’t happen; they only include verified losses, but it fits with Joshi’s point that there has been no evidence of a downed IL-76.
Maybe it was shot and either crashed or landed back in Bellorus.
