If we could get the Europeans to give them up, it would be great. It will be immediately obvious to the Russians what they are dealing with however when they detect the air search radar, so the "political" ramifications are there.
Failing that, there are Tors out there that could be had. Ukraine already has these units so there is deniability of source for "extra" ones. Greece, Egypt, and Algeria would be the potential source countries. The Tor has a larger engagement envelope than NASAMS, which is a plus. It is older, so Russian ECM may work better against it, which is a minus.
