It wasn't a big crowd. It almost seemed, at least to me, as a thinly veiled poke at the Navy asking "What happened to the Moskva"? It wasn't unpatriotic, in fact the opposite, so it would be difficult to disallow it. Retired officers (at least) were there. Yet it did raise the question.
