Lots of little inconsistencies.  The Charger runs off the road behind the gas station, then the gas station explodes on cue.  Hitman enters the hospital during the dead of night, Bullitt chases him for 10-20 minutes in the hospital, then the hitman emerges in the bright morning sunshine. The Winchester shotgun blast on the Mustang's windshield wasn't remotely consistent with what a close-up shotgun blast would look like. There's tons of continuity mistakes like that.

and both occupants of the Charger would probably have had some hearing impairment after the shotgun blast inside the car...impressive that the sound did not seem to startle the driver...
