Since no team has won three consecutive Super Bowls, it is likely who won two with one team and the third with another.

Winners of two in a row include:
 the Packers in 67 and 68 (followed by the Jets in 69)
The Dolphins in 73 and 74 (preceded by the Cowboys in 72 and followed by the Steelers in 75)
The Steelers in 75 and 76 (preceded by the 74 Dolphins and succeeded by the 77 Raiders)
The Steelers in 79 and 80 (preceded by the 78 Cowboys and succeeded by the 81 Raiders)
The Niners in 89 and 90 (preceded by the 88 Redskins and succeeded by the 91 Giants)
The Cowboys in 93 and 94 (preceded by the 92 Redskins and succeeded by the 95 Niners)
The Broncos in 98 and 99 (preceded by the 97 Packers and succeeded by the 2000 Rams)
The Patriots in 04 and 05 (preceded by the 03 Buccaneers and succeeded by the 06 Steelers)

I don’t think we’ve had back to back winners since then, so the most likely bet is someone on the repeat winner list who either came from or went to a one time winner.  Maybe if I’m bored I will look up the roster overlaps.  I feel like the pre-expansion era seems more likely, since ther were fewer teams to move around between.
