So are all of these Pac-12 conference games that aren't being played really postponed? Or is canceled a more appropriate term?

There's not a lot of wiggle room in the schedule by the time conference play starts. and I don't see the conference messing with the conference tournament in Las Vegas.

I guess Stanford could do a home game with Cal sometime around Feb. 23. But other schools have postponed games with multiple conference opponents. I think UCLA is up to 3 postponements.

Where there's a will (or a need), there's a way.  There is no prohibition on playing 4 games in 7 days.
Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised in the least if conference games are ultimately canceled/not played.
