Ruby Sorra and partner Emma Glagau beat teams from Brazil and Thailand to advance to the main draw.  They have been placed in Pool E, same as Hodel & Reilly.  Hopefully both teams will advance.

They meet in a match later today (Dec. 7th in Thailand):

If I understand correctly, GMT-8 is PST, so this will be 17:50 (5:50pm) here on the west coast (8:50am in Thailand).

I find BVBDatabase site much easier to read and navigate than the official FIVB site (though sometimes not as up-to-the-minute):
