Whatever happens, this has been one of the most thrilling seasons of my over 55 year love affair with the Giants. And definitely the most unexpected. So, Giants thank you for a remarkable season, And BEAT LA!

Eff that!  You can't have that attitude going into this game - or at least not articulate it publicly (and the players better not catch a whiff of that 'whatever happens is fine' attitude).

I want the Giants to be thinking along these lines:  "We've battled and held off those bastards all season long, and there is no effing way we're going to let the Dodgers get the last laugh by coming into S.F., our house, on Thursday and ending our historic season.  No.  Effing.  Way."
