Biggins is a UCLA honk. No wonder most of that article is talk about UCLA.  There was one tiny sentence about Stanford, so I wonder where you get 

the idea "Stanford might be the school to best for David Bailey?"

Although Bailey said UCLA moved up his list, Stanford sounds like they could be the team to beat and USC and Oregon are heavily involved as well.

Greg Biggins is a SoCal guy, but I don't find him unreasonably biased towards UCLA or USC.

I've known Greg for over 20 years. He is a UCLA fan, he told me so.
