I’m starting to wonder if DUO is just not the right blocking scheme for Stanford.

I am not sure we were using DUO. I think it was more OLE with a lot of Who, me? mixed in.  Seriously, to me it looked more like just plain lack of effort. It was similar to the KSU game only worse. The UCLA players just went through the gaps untouched in may cases. We seemed to have no plan on stopping that, as if the line just didn't feel the need. I would have possibly expected lots of holding penalties as players tried desperately to restrain the guy who was going by them, but we didn't even get that. It was more "That isn't my job" it seemed.
